My internal system was dismantled, stabilised, and rebuilt from the ground up through lived experience, including the direct reorganisation of my nervous system. My way of seeing did not come from adopting a framework or method. It emerged through that process of reconstruction, the process I embodied.What operates now is coherence as a baseline state, allowing me to recognise patterns, stabilisation processes, and underlying structure with clarity, even in complexity.
